How do you turn off the name/status bar?

I'm not quite sure what this is called, but I somehow turned it on this morning when i was playing and I can't seem to figure out how to turn it off.

It's the thing that makes it so, for example, above every NPC it lists their name, level, and health status. It also does this for enemies.

It's annoying because it's HUGE and, in very populated areas, you can't see anything.
