I've been trying to call for the past 30 minutes, and I'm having no luck at all. Is the number still the same ? Is it different for Canadians ?

Chippers and the other posters in this thread are correct. Mondays are extremely busy for our Billing Department, and as a result, it can unfortunately be difficult to reach them telephonically =(. If your situation is not urgent, you can try contacting them via email at [email protected].

If you do so, it is helpful to send that mail from the email address registered to your World of Warcraft account, as well as provide the account name of the play account related to the issue you wish to address.

Otherwise, your best bet is to simply keep trying - you should get through eventually, and I wish you the best of luck.
