Keyclone, and multiboxing

We've all seen it. 4 elemental shamans all ride up, lightning bolt, chainlightning, earthshock .. everyone dead.

What I don't understand is how is this not bannable?

It's using a 3rd party program (keyclone), and is one person playing 4 characters (normally 4).

We've all seen the videos of this dominating 5v5, or a group like this running out into AV smashing 20+ people.

Does it amount to that many additional subscriptions that blizzard want touch it?

I don't mean to cut your conversation and dialogues short, my friends; however, it appears this particular topic is becoming somewhat...spirited.
