Escalated Ticket Tracker Removed?

So last night my account was stolen, and my warrior was transfered from Tichondrius to it's current server, who's name is weird and I don't want to look at how to spell it. This morning I had my password recovered and I logged on and spoke to GM. They helped restore a few of the items to my characters, told me to fill out a form for server transfer reversal, and escalated my ticket. I stayed online flying around watching the WSVG when my ticket went from escalated to "Will be serviced soon" since for normal tickets it usually takes about 5 minutes after that comes up I decided I'd keep an eye on it. After about half an hour of checking on it every few minutes I tabbed back in and saw that it had changed from will be serviced soon to "You have been chosen to fill out a GM survey." I checked my chat log and had received no whispers. Is this how an escalated ticket usually goes? Should I just keep on waiting?

You have my apologies that the Specialist that addressed your petition did not contact you; there are regrettable situations where you appear offline. =(

It appears that it was addressed appropriately, and you are merely awaiting the final investigation and restoration regarding the compromise. ^_^

You should have received an e-mail in regards to the matter.
