Do GM's care?

So my lame server (Aggramar) loves to post in the trade channel about murlocs and spam like no other server i've ever seen. I opened a ticked to a GM and he decided that it was not spam without even looking into the issue and dismissed the ticket. Do GM's care about how anyone acts in this game? Do you care that people pay for this game and are treated with blatent disrespect not only by other players but by in-game GM's as well? I would hope the answer is 'yes we do care," but after seeing these issues never resolved I'm starting to think that is not the response I would get.

Is there any way that we peons can actually speak with someone of higher status that the in-game GM's that dont help with any situation?

I look forward from hearing back from a GM or someone about this...

Simple answer yes.

In short, your example may not be spam at all...

The following is spam

[2. Trade] Sokane: Murlocs rock
[2. Trade] Sokane: Murlocs rock
[2. Trade] Sokane: Murlocs rock
[2. Trade] Sokane: Murlocs rock
[2. Trade] Sokane: Murlocs rock

The following may not be considered spam depending on the person you speak with...

[2. Trade] Sokane: Boondock Murlocs
[2. Trade] Troll 1: Indiana Jones and the Crystal Murloc
[2. Trade] Troll 2: Don't Mess with the Murloc

Is the second example annoying? Yes. Is it necessarily spam? No.

Correct. Just because something is an annoyance doesn't mean it falls under our Spam policy. If this gives you the impression that we don't care, well, I'm truly sorry for that--the fact of the matter is, though, that we can't always police inanity.
