Account Management Issues 06/09/08

Hey guys!

After our recent website maintenance, it has come to our attention that several features are still experiencing issues.

This seems to most particularly be affecting our Account Management page. In the interest of getting this situation resolved as swiftly as possible we're currently gathering some additional information. It may be possible to resolve some of these issues by clearing your browser's cookies and cache, and then attempting the process again.

If you are still experiencing an issue, then it would be of great service to us if you can make a quick post with the following information:

  • The service you are attempting to access
  • The error message you are receiving
  • The name and realm of a character on the account that you may be experiencing issues with

Thanks for the replies! We know how serious this situation is, and we'll be forwarding all the information you provide to the appropriate parties.

Thank you very, very much for your patience in the meantime. I know that situations like this can be very frustrating.

With the recent forum restart, many of the base forum issues should be resolved now.

We are still concerned with Account Management though, so please continue to post here if you're experiencing issues.

Hey Yaba, can you create a separate post detailing what specific error messages or issues you're experiencing at present?
