Will someone from Blizz post an update

I want to know why the servers are down, ( and not all of them are down), I want a time frame for fixing the issue, and I want it in a blue sticky on the server status forum.

This is not too much to ask, I know problems happen, but leaving us in the dark, doesn't help either.
