Suspended for killing Jaina

I want to know why half my guildmates were suspended for killing a hotfixed Jaina Proudmoore that was dropping only 40-100 gold instead of 900-1000 gold. Blizzard has made a very serious error here, and you are cutting off all avenues of contact. You have suspended thousands of players for something that isn't an exploit.

I am 100% certain someone at Blizzard thinks all of these people were 'farming' a Jaina that was dropping nearly 1000 gold per kill. They were not. This was hotfixed many days ago.

When I petition online they tell me to post here, when I post here it gets deleted or they tell me to call in/email, when I call in/email they tell me to post here or petition online.

I want to know WHY you suspended half of my guild for killing Jaina Proudmoore if it is not an exploit. Don't delete my post. Look into this. Be my hero and go ask someone. A bunch of people were just suspended for no reason, and I have multiple guildmates that will flat out quit if their gold has been touched in any way over this.

They blanket-suspended anyone that was killing Jaina recently.

We have someone on our server that wasn't in the raid, he was just there to watch, and he was suspended. This has affected thousands of players, not just my guild.

You guildmates will need to contest these suspensions with our Account Administration Department. As for your claims of not exploiting - I believe you might be being misinformed by your guildmates. The issue with Jaina Proudmoore that was being exploited was not that Jaina had more gold that usual but was that she was overly easy to kill and had a near instant respawn. This allowed her to be killed over and over in a short period to obtain her standard drop of gold.

I find it vastly amusing that we cannot be told what the exploit is exactly.

How the [Removed] are we supposed to know how often she is supposed to respawn? HOW THE [Removed] ARE WE SUPPOSED TO KNOW HOW OFTEN SHE IS SUPPOSED TO RESPAWN?

Every faction leader respawns at this speed. Tyrande does. Cairne does. They've respawned this fast for YEARS. They are quest mobs. The reason it's ok for them to respawn so fast is because they flag you for pvp.

I cannot believe this garbage. You call this customer service? Juggernaut has been in good standing for over two years. We are absolutely against all forms of exploiting. If my members would have been told what they were doing was wrong they would have stopped immediately.

Thanks for [Removed] of your loyal customers. Thanks for not following your own policy and informing my guildmates that what they were doing was wrong before you suspended them. Thanks for this insult of a reply.
