Becouse In my opinion the Human Death knight will own hard core. but i dont want to be a bloodelf death knight.

It should hold to the same idea of character creation now in regard to PvP or PvE. So if you are on PvE you could make them of the opposite faction, the same as you can now. On PvP, you should be restricted to the same faction for creation.

DK Clarification Notice:
* Current plans are that once you unlock your Death Knight you can create one per realm across all realms (even those you do not have characters on) per account.

So, which is it?

No, that's got to be a mistake ... making it worse for the PvP folks on their own realm than someone who's rolling in new?

That's no different than how it works now when creating a new character. Deathknights created on a PvP realm with existing characters must be of the same faction as those characters.
