Blood elf warlock cant get succubus quest

my friend is a blood elf warlock on lightnings blade and can't get the succubus quest from any warlock trainer in any city we talked to a gm wich told us to disable addons delete wdb wtf and cache files if a repair utility did'nt work after doing so nothing has worked any other suggestions you can contact either her shannelle or me lodak or namehere (all 3 characters are from lightnings blade)and i will check on this post as well any help will be greatly apreciated

Your friend isn't able to get the warlock quest because they are already working on the questline and it seems they stopped part way through.

Have your friend talk to Gazrog in the Crossroads. :)
