TRUE FACE OF BLIZZARD
Blizzard has a terrible customer support!!!

First I get this email saying that they are closing my D3 account for Offense: Unapproved Third Party Software
which I haven't done.

I open up the ticket thinking this is some kind of mistake. The next day I see the ticket finally answered. Without caring to explain what their reasons are, they state that I breached Terms of Use.
I have never used any cheats or exploits but how do I prove it?
I reply to the ticket asking to re-evaluate and see if there was some kind of mistake.
The ticket gets answered with "automated" message and just sent to closed status once again. No justice I think. But I know I can still get some over the phone...or at least I thought so...
So I pick up the phone and start dialing US/Canada support only to find out that the queue is full and I can't even wait in line.

Surely, company as big as Blizzard could not hire more phone support people to make sure queue times are lowered. ( sarcasm)
I don't give up, however. I start dialing again and again and finally I am placed in 25 minute hold queue. I am persistent, I know I am not guilty and the actions taken against my account are not fair. So I hold the entire time and finally I hear that phone is being picked up on the other end, no one said "hello" or anything, just hung up the phone. I was shocked and now I am frustrated.
So I pick up the phone, dial again, wait for 20 minutes, AND THE SAME THING HAPPENS!

I have given up hope, but I will not give up on spreading the word how terrible Blizzard truly is and how unfairly they treat their customers.
