Is this possible? I have a trial account and want to upgrade. Are there any reliable sites?

The only sanctioned place to purchase the upgrade online would be www.worldofwarcraft.com\account, otherwise you'll need to purchase the physical box from a retail store or online store.

If you are having trouble upgrading you can try contacting our Billing Department for further assistance. I would try clearing your temporary internet files and perhaps another credit card, if you have one available first though.
