I was just kicked due to low DPS. I am sorry, I didn't know I was supposed to be epicly geared and pulling 60k DPS 2 weeks into a new expansion. Morons.

I think most people can relate to you on one level or another, even if it's not strictly about a numbers-based kick. It's unfortunate, but the best thing you can do is try to keep a positive attitude and influence on others when joining random groups. You know. Pay it forward. ;)
And I totally know you're frustrated, but I do want to point out that this end to your post is the type of attitude that tends to further breed negativity in group play.
