So, i was reviewing the 2.0.5 patch notes, and the UI acceleration option changes, when i took note of option number 1.

"1 - For internal use only - DO NOT USE"

Sadly, curiosity got the best of me, and i needed to see first-hand the effects of this new option. My road down a dark path began here.

After setting the UI option to number 1 in the option notepad, i loaded up the game, and proceeded to click on my character and enter world.

Suddenly the screen went black, and i figured, ok, clearly its just something that wont work. So i attempted to ctrl-alt-delete my way out, no dice. I figured oh well, and attempted to reboot the computer. While attempting the reboot, after the beginning BIOS loading screen, it just went to a C:\ prompt with a black screen. At this point, i got worried. After a lengthy investigation, it appears my C drive was formatted. Outraged at how this could even be possible, i sat at a loss for a while, and then reinstalled everything. Clearly i would never mess with that stupid option again.

A few hours later, I got a phone call from my credit card company. Apparently they had noticed an unusual trend of purchases after my credit limit of 20,000 dollars was just maxed on my card. I told them to freeze the card and at that point i began to lose it. I must have just had a really bad day, so I went to sleep.

The next morning, i recieved a call from the IRS informing me that i was being audited for tax 'irregularities' They asked for an email address so they could send me the specifics of what i need to do, so i gave it to them and they said to check my email in a little while. I checked it a while later, and i did find a letter from them, however, i also found a letter from blizzard customer support, which i found odd since i hadnt petitioned anything in game. I opened it, and all i found was

"For internal use only."

Anyone else experiment with option 1?
