I called Blizzard Customer Service and this is what they said
"If you signed up on May 20th 2008 You are not able to play until june 3rd because the Qualifications (if im not mistaking 2nd or 3rd) should Finish up first, we can play probably by june 1st or 2nd. But we are registered.

SO guys Calm Down ok. We should read Forums first before we QQ its clear that Blizz have this under Control.

Sorry for any confusion, but yes, you can register anytime now for the 2nd qualifier and the realms will open up soon to play.
