Character Recovery Ticket

I've submitted a character recovery ticket, and it's been escalated, but I've got a few questions.

The GM that I spoke to, who escalated my ticket, told me that he could recover my characters, but without their gear. He told me that if I wanted to get them back with some gear a specialist might be able to do it.

So anyway, my questions:
-If I delete my ticket, and make a new un-escalated one, and have my characters restored without gear, can I petition to have my gear restored?
-Is it possible for mounts, and special rare items (Brewfest Pony Key, Sinister Squashling, etc.) to be restored?
-Will I have to purchase riding skills, and level professions again?

Thanks :)

EDIT: tbh, I'm really anxious to see my characters again, this is day 54 since deleting them.

I can understand your anticipation, Kazrot. I, too, would be itching to get my characters back.

Rather than deleting your current escalated petition, however, I would suggest submitting a petition from another character on the account. Create another character to submit the petition if necessary. This way you will not lose your place in line.

You may wish to inform that Game Master that you would like your characters restored immediately so that you can play freely while you wait for a member of the Specialist staff to address your petition. I'm unable to guarantee that this will be successful, but it's certainly worth a shot!

Good luck!

Let me take a look at this, Kaz. Give me a sec.

Those speedy Game Masters are already on the case, my friend. You should be able to choose new names shortly.
