And offers you immortality ( can never die or age whatever you do ), would you take it knowing you would out live everything and everyone including the people you love and care about ?

By the way, he offers you only this choice and you have 10 seconds to decide. There are no downsides / tricks in his offer

Last time, nothing will kill you, you can't kill yourself, no one else can, your body remains intact whatever happens, nothing at all can harm you in anyway, you fail to die at every cost.

( in reality for those who have difficulty )

See, my problem with living forever is this. If you do, no matter how many people are around you, no one will be able to relate to you. While others evolve or change, you won't… or at least not in the same way that they will over millions of years. Then, there is always the distinct possibility that you become a lab rat trapped in a box with no way out, not even death. Then everything ends, you get crunched into a singular mass by a black hole and you still don't die… Wow, sounds alot like some place I read about once, where they torture you forever and ever or something like that. So… chalk my vote up for a natural death. =)

For those of you who say “Well, reality-hoping will be available by then.”If it is and you do head on through to some new universe, what then? New family, new life with these minute beings that live for a millisecond of your never-ending existence?? Assuming that we don’t physiologically change, the human mind is only made to be able to handle so much. At some point, you start running out of space. Of course by then you may already be stark-raving mad.

On the plus side you can do almost anything you want and that would amuse you for awhile.

Now if Medivh came out of the bottle and said “Hey, you can live for an extra 200 years.”, I'd be all over it!

Just off the top of my head, that’s my opinion on the subject.
