By "status," may I ask what you mean by this? Is your account closed or locked? If either, you'll want to email [email protected] instead. :)

Negative. They're open 24/7—even on holidays.

Turn-around is likely a bit more lengthy right now given the recent wave of closures. I'd assume around 1 to 2 weeks, at most, but I'm not certain.

In all honesty, I do not know. I do not even know if questioning will be necessary. These matters are both case and Account Administration-specific. :)

Edit: However, it'll probably be good to get your "ducks in a line," anyway. Was your account locked or just closed? Maybe prepare to have to fax in your ID, familiarize yourself with a Notary, etc.
