You can get more if an item grows to be ... I can't remember the adjective, but a crop can essentially randomly grow 'bigger' and it'll yield more. Juicy?

It will randomly grow instantly, and I have no idea why. My turnip was fully grown right when I planted it yesterday.
Wah! That's cool. I was worried I'd have to spend Battle.net Balance to get insta-grows.

They are called bursting crops and you can harvest them immediately.

If that's true I'm going to be angry. It was late when I planted but... I'm pretty sure I remember all of them saying "growing". Hrm.
