So almost a week ago i was banned permanently. Account Administration believes I was using a 3rd party program to gain an unfair advantage. Unless UI mods such as Omen threat meter, SWStats damage meter, Deadly bossmods, or AG unit frames count as a 3rd party program giving me an unfair advantage i was never and have never used a 3rd party program to " gain an unfair advantage ". Im a pvper all ive been doing for several months is playing in Battlegrounds and Arenas. Account Administration wont tell me exactly what i suposedly did exactly, but if i were to guess based on what i know i would say im suspected of AFK botting in AV. The reason i think this is because when im playing there are several times where i have to get up and leave my computer to do something in real life. At times i would move myself to keep myself from afking from the game and come back a few minutes later to finish up the game. WoW isnt life and sometimes there are more important things that need to be tended to before you can enjoy your hobby. When i was first banned I didnt have an email in my inbox of my email account that is registered to my WoW account explaining that i was banned and why. I had to email Account Administration myself to figure out why i was banned. GM Gadranine told me " We have reinvestigated your account status, along with all the pertinent data involved, and have determined the original closure was merited. The account was found to have used prohibited third-party software, which is in direct violation of the Terms of Use". So I wrote back another email explaining the situation. And was written back with this from GM Renthain " Thank you for your continued correspondence regarding the closure of
your World of Warcraft account. We have performed an additional review
of all pertinent information pertaining to this closure and have
confirmed our findings. The account was found to have used prohibited
third-party software and will remain closed permanently.". The Most frustrating thing about this entire predicament is that i havent done anything wrong. The second most frustrating thing is that Account Administration wont tell me exactly what im accused of doing. The third most frustrating thing is that I cant call anyone to speak with in person to try to resolve this situation because account administration doesnt take phone calls. I CANT EVEN CHAT ONLINE WITH THEM. Instead i have to wait several days to receive an email vaguely explaining a false accusation and verdict. If ive done something to gain an unfair advantage i dont know what it is and i dont know what unfair advantage i was getting from my suposed 3rd party program.

Ive been a loyal Blizzard fan since Warcraft 1 playing blizzard titles such as the entire warcraft series diablo 1starcraft diablo 2 and its expansion Warcraft 3 and now World of Warcraft. Ive been playing and PAYING for WoW for almost 3 years now and this is how im thanked. Basically account administration says "thanks for all your money, but we think you did something bad and were going to close your years of hardwork based on some vague facts. And to top it off were not going to tell you exactly why we think you cheated." Basically ive experienced the worst case of bad customer service ive ever heard of. I fell as if ive just been brushed aside as if one long time customer doesnt matter. Sure my 15 dollars a month doesnt impact blizzards millions of dollars in revenue monthly. But the fact is, people are paying real money to access something thats not even materially real. The least Blizzard could do is provide clear and precise customer services and handle every case as if it matters who they screw over.

I would like to pursue my account issue more, but im not quite sure where its going to get me if it gets me anywhere attall. But the way i see it ive invested years of my life and hundreds of dollars in this company and its something thats probably worth pursuing. So my Main characters name is Zafrin.

Nah, Billing doesn't handle account suspensions or closures. Ever.
