Forum Negativity

It's disappointing to see the negativity that continues to dominate the forums. You can hardly scroll through the threads these days without the majority of them being negative.

I am very happy with WoW right now. Nerf this or that, I really don't care. I just take it as I go and adapt. I never claim this or that class is OP. I just go in and play my game. If I win, great, if not, so what, i adapt and learn and try harder next time.

But nevertheless, I do not want this to be another QQ or nerf thread. Tell me, what do you enjoy about this game? Obviously there is something that keeps you coming back.

I enjoy doing BGs and finding those targets with no resilience. I also enjoy standing in front of that giant raid boss and getting stomped in the face.

I also enjoy arena, but only play it for fun and not competitively at the moment. Yes, my 2v2 rating is the pits.

Generally, people who are happy tend to post less. People who are passionate about an opinion or their unhappiness over something, feel more compelled to share that with others and with us. While I know the negativity can be harsh, and I personally enjoy the more constructive and positive discussions that are had, I have always held to the idea that people posting passionately is far better than apathy.

You gave that EXACT same respone a little over 3 months ago

I still feel the same and it's been something I've believed in for years. No, I don't have it saved for a copy and paste. There are times I wish I would though. ;) It would save me on having to type it up again. Perhaps if people didn't have the same question, I wouldn't have the same answer.

I'm not saying happy people don't post. Perhaps I should restate that the unhappy people or negative people tend to be some of the most outspoken.
