I am sorry that you feel that way, Pavonum, I believe some misunderstanding may have occurred. Please type /console reloaduilol and refresh this thread and you will see that there is indeed a comma before your name.

The Game Masters in this forum are here to assist with in-game issues when they can and redirect those players who need assistance from other departments such as Billing, Account Administration and Technical Support.
Part of my job is to show that we are gamers just like you who love this game and to foster a sense community.
I should note that replies like I have made in this thread take mere seconds while I am actively looking into other issues.
