I keep on trying to connect to the game but it wont work, I have uninstalled and reinstalled already, I have rebooted my computer and I have also made a separate account and bought MoP, but when I try to connect all of the servers say they are down. Have I been banned or something?

The servers can't be down, my avatar is showing so the server is telling the forum what my character looks like please unban me
