ZOMG a gm actually helped me!!!!

I just wanted to say thanks to Blizzard. I actually was helped by a gm and they gave me information rather than saying go post your problem on the forums. Maybe along with a new expansion they expanded their in game support system. In addition, it only took 15 minutes to hear something from them. That has to be a record.

This was your recent issue where you were stuck?

We do try to get to anyone that can't physically play as quickly as possible. Glad to hear we could be of assistance.
