Q u o t e:
Oh to hell with the off-topic posts and the Blue off-topic replies. How about giving us an estimate, time frame, update, progress report or whatever on the status of this bug and when we can expect to see an end to "Horde Exploit Bonanza 2007".
The latest information we have is that our development staff are working diligently toward a resolution. We will provide additional updates as they are made available to us.
Q u o t e:
don't know... wsg exploit where alliance could get up on top and couldn't be hit, but when you go to them, you have to go around a long way but they can jump right out? few months, with reports coming back as "clever use of terrain"... av graveyards? the alliance version of the get out of wsg gates? month or more... horde version of everything I've seen? less than a week.
I recognize that you feel as though these are legitimate examples of us actively favoring one faction, but they're still not reasons why we would do so. This is because the truth is that we don't favor one faction over another. We address bug or concerns as the come to us, not according to which faction reports them.
Edit: Since
someone accidentally deleted my most recent post (I'm looking at you here, Berghe), I'm going to repost it here:
It would be difficult to say, as I'm not privy to the workings of our development staff. What you are asking for, essentially, is a redesigned Alterac Valley, making it almost a new battleground. For clarification on this, I would ask in the
General forum.
I apologize if I got off topic in this thread. Please, let us keep this thread about the flag capping issue rather than about faction imbalances. It's my fault for perpetuating this discussion; however, it's not within a Game Master's realm to discuss, address, or report such concerns on this forum.
