Requirements for Gladiator Title?

Besides being in a certain top percentage, is there a personal rating requirement for the Gladiator Title?

Example:
A and B play to 2200 before starting to struggle.
A has a PR of 2200.
B decides to play with C and climb to 2400+
B and C have a PR of 2400+ but A is still at 2200 PR.
The team's rating is 2400+

Will A also get the title or does A have to be within a certain PR range of the team rating? I ask this because of the recent patch with the 150 PR range stuff and what not.

Here are the current requirements to be eligible for the Gladiator title when the Season concludes:

A Team Rating within the top 0.5% for your Battlegroup.
A Personal Rating that is not more than 100 points lower than the Team Rating. (Your Personal Rating may be higher, however).
Your team must have played at least 20 games total.

In your example, 'A' would need to gain at least 100 rating bringing them to 2300 Personal Rating compared to the 2400 Team Rating before they would be eligible for the title.
