So I'm unable to eat/drink or use some quest items because they say "Retrieving Item Information" on the bubble display. I disabled all my mods, check on other characters; and having the same problem still. I've been logged in for over an hour now and my latency is under 200.

As has been mentioned a few times in this thread, this issue appears to revolve around latency and/or packet loss. I do have a few questions for each of you regarding this issue, if you don't mind.

Are you experiencing this issue at certain times of day, or is this a constant occurrence?

When did you first begin noticing this issue?
