Ok so I just got the new form to fill out so my friend can retrieve his account. We're filling it all out and faxing it along with a scan of his ID and a coverletter stating the branch of blizzard we're to send the fax.
What can we expect after we send the fax. Should we be looking for an email? Should we continue to check the account until we can change or retrieve the password? Also have we done everything we were needed to do?
