K'iru, live or not? - Blue Tracker

So, I've been checking everywhere I can think of, and I can't find anything suggesting K'iru actually made it live.
Wowhead has a couple of comments, one states one week, one suggests requires third gate open.
Thottbot and allakhazam have nothing
Wowwiki just says "when phase 4 is complete"
I havn't come accross any players with useful information.

Now, that said, I'm aware GMs can't give 'hints' about the game, however if anyone here blue, green, or not, has any idea if K'iru made it live or not I'd like to know. It has now been 13 days since phase 4 was completed on Aman'Thul and we still haven't seen him =(

edit: for those of you that moight not know, K'iru is the Naaru that appears on IQD and gives everyone a stam/int buff of 79/40

The requirements to summon him on your realm haven't been met. That's all. Keep doing dailies and I'm sure you'll see him.
