It seems my Fellow Azjol-Nerub players that the problems we encounter are actually unique to our server.

In an effort to keep things easy to track for the GM's please post in this thread if you encounter lag between the hours of 7pm-12am server while raiding. If you do encounter these problems please post in a format that will be consistant and easy for them to follow.

Also try and limit colorful comments and just keep it to the facts (as they will end up being busy spending their time moderating us, instead of reporting our problems.

Please post the following information:
Q u o t e:
Time latency began:

In what aspects of the game are you noticing the latency:

In comparison to the night before, is the latency better/worse/same:

Time latency subsided:

I'll Make a post here for last nights problems
Time latency began:
Server gave us 15min warning on a reset at approximately 8pm server. Our entire raid was back up and online by 8:30. The trash we had previously cleared had re-spawned. The server started to have troubles around 9:35 and continued until I gave up around 10...

In what aspects of the game are you noticing the latency:
Raiding... Constantly raiding is problematic... All Raid instances seem to be having trouble

In comparison to the night before, is the latency better/worse/same:
Last night in Tempest keep we had no problems. And the night before in SSC we had no problems. However Last night Black Temple and Hyjal were down for my understanding all night. That being said, people were locked out of BT/Hyjal for nearly 12 hours.

Time latency subsided:
It ruined raiding for the night. I had to log so I don't know if it cleared

Also to any AN people who come here for problems NOT LIMITED to our NIGHTLY INSTANCE CRASHES...
GM Syndri asked me to post in this following thread... so keep an eye on it for updates along with these threads.

do these threads ever get blue attention?

Yes, they do. We just tend to like to be informed first.

It looks like the realm is coming back up and you should be good to go shortly.

Please let me know if you encounter any further issues.

Stabby, have you read through the post I linked above?

And, Poena, as you may have noticed the sticky is merely referring to our responses in an Oceanic centered thread. The issues are apparent on other realms and battlegroups and are related; the matter is being investigated as we speak.

We're unable to sticky threads outside of the Customer Service forum; if you are requesting that a thread be stickied, please use the appropriate methods to do so. That would be by using either the bio-hazard button, or by e-mailing: WoWReportedPost@Blizzard.com.

Although, I'm not too sure that we'd sticky a post where you state that we have no idea what we're doing. I understand that you're frustrated, but it's always best if you help us without the negative commentary so that we can assist you without having to filter through all the unnecessary comments.

Sorry about that... Didn't even realize I did it... Mostly my sarcastic sense of humor... Fixed :D

Much appreciated, Poena. ^_^

Don't worry, we want this issue resolved as much as you do. =)
