So, I was just watching some youtube vids of Wrath of the Lich King and stumbled opon
<edited out>

It is a video that claims to give you all the powers of a GM. I don't know what to believe about it, but I KNOW it would get my account banned, so instead of trying it out I felt that I should report it. Now I also realize that it is most likely a keylogger and the user could have gotten all his RL friends to post fake comments about this... In my opinion, either way if you try to use this it would get your account stolen or your account banned, so it is a waste of a watch if you actually want to become a GM. I highly reccomend leaving a convincing comment about why not to use this on the youtube video's page. I posted this here to inform people of the scam or hack (whichever it is) and also posted to tell a GM to inspect this video and look into as if it could, in fact be real. I have not seem any scams like this on youtube before so, I don't know what to think. I went a little further into investigationa dn looked at all the poster's accounts. Most of every poster had over 200 videos watched, so it must be personal friends. I checked again and the posters did not post at equivilant times. These facts brought me to the conclusion that I could not find evidence, except it is a WoW hack on youtube.com, to say that it is not real.

Whatever the case I hope that some investigation goes into this.

I am as well reporting this to [email protected], so it will be not only, heard by the community and GMs, but the rest of the blizzard staff as well.

Thenk you and hope I somewhat helped.

It changes your stats, all right--it reduces your gold to zero.

While I appreciate the sentiment Monsus - please don't necro threads.
