Account Locked. Reasoning does not compute.

No, I didnt get banned. My account got locked due to security reasons related to my recent account compromise situation as mentioned here:

I am the owner of the Andelina character, and Mukai, and a few lowbie alts on the account that posted that message, now using another account due to the aforementioned lock.

Now I understand its standard procedure to do this, but there is a reason why it doesnt compute:

I ALREADY HAD THE ACCOUNT BACK. Sorry about the caps, I want it to be as clear as possible. ME, the OWNER of the account, had the ACCOUNT BACK. I even contacted BLIZZARD GMS three times, and they did RESTORE MY ITEMS. I quested and played with RL friends, I talked to people who know me, there was no doubt of me being me.

Then a day after, boom! account locked. And now I have to go through some form that may or may not pass (several topics of this procedure being problematic on this forum) and wait for probably the entire remainer of my paid month. Why? Why on earth would Blizzard lock an account THAT WAS ALREADY BACK TO ITS OWNER AND THAT THEY KNEW IT WAS BACK TO ITS OWNER!

I have all the account info (minus the CD keys used, who remembers that) and I can rely it to any Blizzard representative ingame from any of my friend´s accounts. You know, REAL LIFE friends? who SAW ME at the keys playing MY ACCOUNT right before Blizzard locked it? Yeah, that kind of friends. Who can also vouch for me being me, if thats even in contention.

Sorry for the frustrated tone of the post, but its really aggravating to get hacked on a monday to restored items and faith on blizzard on tuesday to account locked on wednesday.

Basically, Full, the account was locked due to a repeated compromise.

I understand that this is an inconvenience for you, believe me we do not do it simply to make it more difficult. We must follow certain security protocol in order to ensure that the registered user and only the registered user has access to the account.

Follow the retrieval instructions sent to you, if you are having trouble faxing send the information by mail. I'm afraid those are the only options available, I'm sorry.
