Create New Chars on Free Transfer Servers?

After a quick scan of the realm board and general forum, I haven't seen my answer yet. When are they going to turn on character creation on the latest bath of free transfer servers? I've moved all my characters and am happy with my new server. I wanted to make a new little one to fool around on until the xpac, but it still says I cant.

I thought character creation was supposed to be enabled at the end of the free transfer period. Anyone know the story?

I did. Nowhere did it specify that we were talking about Arygos.

I am awaiting a reply to my inquiry as to the exact time that re-enabling character creation for Arygos will take place.

We should be activating character creation momentarily on four realms that saw free character moves.
