Blizzard hates Quebec

I was just reading the forums on BC, and to my surprise (and surely my demise) I found that BC won't be out for the 16th in Quebec because we are considered France...

What the hell? We live in America, we want our games the same time as everybody, we don't want the French verison, we just want a version!!!
How could you do this? So now I will have to wait more while that guy in Ontario can play, even though I just live 300 miles away? It's not because we speak French in Quebec I hope..? It has nothing to do with anything, I don't mind it having BC in English, I prefer it that way but please, make it happen on the 16th!!
