Been Selling Arena Points for months now ban?

Why so inconsistent? You've never once stated that team-selling was against TOS. Your system allows for it and it is common knowledge to almost everyone, how exactly is this "exploiting". Its part of your failure system, not our fault that we use it as a service for others. You've handled this situation horribly, no warnings, no information, no hints that you should stop, just bam, a huge slap in the face, everything gone and banned? Why wouldn't you help your customers as opposed to just screwing them...I can not see why you have one of the worse rated customer services.

So therefore you are making conjectures based upon third-party information that was more than likely made up a story that was made to impress?

Our Account Administration team does not take things on the word of our players, I can assure you of that. Not really practical considering.
