exodar and repairs and reforger

Firstly, would like to mention when speaking to guard and click reforging, he directs you to the enchanting elf guy, and says he can reforge your gear...which this is no longer the case this should be fixed...

Now main thing...Is there a repair guy here in the exodar? I for one cannot find it, going to the usual hangout of such a person, Blacksmith, tailor, leatherworker...and still cannot find one. Does anyone know where one is?
