I am subscribed to the Blizzard CS feed on my Facebook. This morning they posted a video describing the feature changes coming in 5.0.4. Blizzard has taken a new approach to the game, acting as if toddlers are the only people playing. Watch the video, it reminds me of Blues Clues. I'm skeptical about the future of this game..

If you notice in the comments, the Customer Service team specifically asks for constructive feedback. The idea of these is to appeal to a wide audience no matter their veteran status. That said though, we're always looking for ways to improve as well.
