Mists of Pandaria Deluxe SC2 portraits?

My Diablo 3 banner rewards for having purchased digital deluxe are already working, but I see no Starcraft 2 portraits that are part of the package. Wondering when these will be active.

Make sure you 'resume' and jump into the actual game with a character. You should get an achievement and a bunch of unlock popups.

If you're still not receiving your portraits or banner/sigils, try logging into account management and changing your password. This can sometimes force a 'refresh' of your account info, which may resolve them not appearing. Once that's done feel free to change your password back to whatever you like.

Keep in mind you do need to actually log in to the game world with a Diablo III character to receive the banners and sigils.
