Logging In: Account has Been Closed

If you get this message when you log-in, does that mean the account has been permanently banned, or just temporarily closed, because of billing/account issues such as cancelled credit card or ownership dispute.

I'm asking on behalf of a guildie.

Are you sure that the message says "this account has been closed"? I'd recommend having your friend contact our Billing department to see if they can update the registered address and forward any relevant information.

They may end up referring your friend to our Account Administration department, however. I'd start with Billing, though. =)
