Q u o t e:
Sorry to go off the topic of the off topic post, but I thought this the best place to address something to Syndri, Vrak, Rey, and Aredeck.

I ran across a very informative video that may shed some light on the enigmatic Mr Malkorix for you all. Check this out:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mHXBL6bzAR4

Of particular interes is the section at about 4:25, considering he is (in his own words) "composed almost entirely of mishief."

Watch and learn. :)

Oh man... You should hear Malk yodel. It's a sight... err sound to behold.

I'm quite fond of Marathon Lounging and Post-Modern Cardboard Deconstruction, myself.

Don't forget corporal cuddling.

I am starting to post at home sometimes, but I still tend not to go to youtube.

Also, I hate cats. I can't imagine why anyone would ever want one.

Dogs are much better. But only real dogs. None of those little yippy things.

Chipster prefers his friends to be feathered. :)

Vistor, Jaelythe, TWulf, Emmanuel, Kcihc—

This is going off the previous OT thread from late last evening, but, based upon your concerns, we would really enjoy your feedback. A differing perspective and indulgence of insight is a very valuable commodity and yours would be quite appreciated. :)

And what will Decky's new hours be? Mornings, hopefully, so we have company on Mondays and Tuesday

He'll be working the same hours as me, but I believe with a Tuesday off tossed in. :)

Q u o t e:
Does that mean he only gets one day off?

Negative. :P

It just means that, out of the days you listed (Monday and Tuesday), he'll only be present for one.

So, I never had any problem with the forum not displaying guilds and realms... at least not lately, anyway. But is anyone else seeing that everyone's guild name is now a link to the topic they're posting in, and not to the Armory?

What...in the world. *mrphs*

I'll see what I can find out. :)

"Always forgive your enemies; nothing annoys them so much." - Oscar Wilde

I do so adore Mr. Wilde. :)

It's quite an applicable quote, aye. I more prefer the flip-side, though, that propagates the idea that the best defense is, actually, knowing within yourself that you have nothing to defend—to realize that, by refusing to become angry or offended, you cannot be "attacked." It follows the whole be kind to those who least expect it, appreciative of those who may not want it, and patient with those cannot understand it mind set.

Kind of like my Sarah Fimm quote. ^.^

Thanks, Jaelythe (and Vistor—I saw you respond a bit back)! While there are a lot of interpersonal quirks that you all will likely need to address amongst yourselves (with supervision, aye, but ultimately without interference), any advice or opinions you may have regarding how our interaction helps or hinders the progress of this forum and its various relationships is immeasurably rewarding.

Sometimes we can only improve if we know something is amiss. Your various perspectives can provide that. :)

*cough* Me me me me me.

To the tune of Cinderella's "Little Dressmakers"

Sings:

Syndri-elly, Syndri-elly
Night and day it's Syndri-elly
In the fire, and for breakfast
with some gravy, get her sopping

And the chasing and the hunting
They always keep her hopping

She flutters round in circles
Till she's very, very dizzy
Still they holler

Gotta capture Syndri-elly!

We can do it, we can do it
We can grab the Syndri-elly
We can cook her up so pretty
There's nothing to it, really
We'll tie a snare around 'er
Put a skewer through 'er
We're gonna have a ball
She'll be more delicious than all
In the lovely meal we'll make of Syndri-elly

Hurry, hurry, hurry, hurry
Gonna snatch the Syndri-elly
Got no time to dilly-dally
We gotta get a-broilin'

I'll cut with the cleaver!

And I can do the gutting!

Leave the gutting to the women
You go get some trimmins'

And we'll make a lovely meal of
Syndri-elly!

We'll make a lovely meal of
SYN DRY - ELLY!

Evening, Belfy!

I hit Revered with the Kurenai today. Gonna have myself a lil' Belfaire cousin to ride around on in no time :D

I'll let my uncle know. He's been meaning to let some of my cousins out to fight the ogres, so I'm sure he'll be more than willing to give you Lebfaire, Feblaire, Beflaire, Refbaile, or Lefraibe.

They're actually Stainless Titanialuminesium-Oxide Mechanical Gripping Devices. They are not 'claws', thank you very much. They also have an auto-washing system, so... yeah.

But nice nonetheless.

Yes, there's that face...

Yet there's that upturned chin and that grin of impetuous youth!
Oh, I believe in you...

The only one we did that anyone would know is "Wizard of Oz."

The drama department did do their own version of "The Princess Bride" the year after I graduated which royally ticked me off as I lived and breathed that movie in high school.

We did Fiddler, Kiss Me Kate, How to Succeed, and Wizard of Oz. I was Motel, Bill, Ponty, and Scarecrow, respectively.

Fiddler, eh? I saw a professional group do that once.

Did you have to learn to fall down properly for Scarecrow? The guy that did ours tried but he never looked believable.

I was a decidedly Shaggy version of Scarecrow.
