No pets in SIlvermoon or Ironforge

I'm trying to get Big City Pet Brawlin' on Lost Isles, and I've been looking around both Ironforge and Silvermoon, and there aren't any wild pets there. I even tried killing of the non-battle critters, but they all respawned as non-battle again.

Both of these cities have pets, you just need to find them. :)
