Can't equip [Inkgill Blade]

Hey, I got Inkgill Blade from a quest in Kun-Lai summit in Inkgill Mere, and I can't equip it. It's a one-handed weapon, and i'm a mage, and it's saying that I can't equip it, but when it's linked in chat it doesn't appear red or anything, like where it says blade, sword, axe, etc.

This has happened on like 5 omgggggggggggggggsexy items so far. Does anyone have a fix? Thanks in advance for whoever does.
