Q u o t e:

Depends entirely on your credit card and bank set up.

They will want to know that their customer is being billed because they cannot cancel.

We have left and returned twice now with no problem, just reactivating our accounts with the same credit card. And yes, we did call our bank one time.

Actually, it does issue a chargeback, and that can indeed have an adverse affect on your credit rating. It really is not a desirable option, your misapprehensions to the contrary.

Telling your bank that you are being billed because you cannot cancel, despite the fact that there are other avenues to pursue, is not wise.

While I realize that calling Billing may not be as time effective as we would like, our Billing reps are more than willing to help. You can also send an email stating the account name, and that you wish to have it canceled to [email protected] (from that account's registered email address, of course).

You can also keep trying on the Account Management site, as it should be available soon.

Edit: Also, Luri, it appears that your account was canceled appropriately each time. In fact, it doesn't seem as though you've had any billing issues with us at all in the past. I'm honestly a bit confused regarding the tone and content of your posts.
