I need some answers. why has my account been suspended. You obviously think I have done something wrong, so i would like to know what it is because i have no clue. I thought my account got hacked only to find out it was suspended without warning.

The specific suspension you were given is often given out because the account was involved in illicit activities. Many players find that this is because their account was compromised and used by a third-party to farm, bot, or spam.

You'll want to contact Account Administration at [email protected] and contest the suspension if you weren't in control of the account. Once the suspension's removed, reset your password via the website and report your account as compromised via an in-game ticket.

Good luck!

EDIT: Someone's using the riding crop tonight. Belfy is on a roll.

A night like tonight? I'd be surprised if I wasn't on top of things.

Can you give me the name and realm of a character on your account just in case I can find out anything that might help?

Just out of curiosity, can I ask where you're playing from?

Okay. Yeah, I'd go ahead and contest the action.

Once upon a time, there was a magical land full of beautiful, helpful people. This land was called the "Customer Service Forum" and its people "players." For many posts and replies, these players assisted one another gleefully, and worked together to maintain harmony and love in the land they so cherished.

Unfortunately, one day, this harmony and love-sharing was disrupted, and a dark, dreary cloud grew over the land of CSF, bringing shadow and a chill to the denizens lurking beneath. While once happy and amicable, the players, now sensing a conflict, became defensive—and though their hearts were aimed correctly, as the dark, dreary cloud grew, so did the shadow and along with it, both pessimism and sorrow. Infighting erupted. Fingers were pointed, sometimes at each other. The land was no longer welcoming and the players began to turn inward, unsure of even their most friendly of neighbors.

<Insert conflict apex, followed by resolution here>

...And the Blue Knight so did build a wall around the shadow and kept it at bay, and the players of CSF forgot their troubles and lived happily ever after.

The End.
