"Chain Lightning won't break CC"

Did this get removed from the patch changes? The reason I ask is, being Enhancement, I really don't have many opportunities to use Chain Lightning.

But I did remember reading in the patch notes that Chain Lightning would not jump to CC targets in 2.4. So earlier this week in ZA, I used CL to help quickly take down one of the scouts on the pulls leading to Jan'alai, and the damn CL did jump to the other targets (sheeped firebreathers), earning me some aggro and a quick death. What gives?

This was in the notes during one of the PTR phases. It was removed a bit later. Keep in mind, we're being a bit more experimental on the PTR and trying new things out. It may not work out the first time we try it. It may be something we want to test longer under more limited circumstances, and it may be something we add back in only in a different way. Only time will tell right now, however.
