My account was hacked 3 months ago. EVERYTHING was stolen. I turned it in. You locked my account down.

Your investigator SOOOO botched it all. And I cannot FULLY express to you how PISSED OFF I really am.

He was told the ACCOUNT was compromised meaning they stripped EVERY character on EVERY realm down to nothing. He only restored one character. He only ATTEMPTED to restore one character. In the email he states that he restored only ONE CHARACTER or attempted to restore one character.

You tell me why there is no restore avalable on my characters WHEN YOUR TEAM LOCKED MY ACCOUNT DOWN. You idiots didn't save something to restore it from?

Get your blizzard heads out of your blizzard *****. I want ALL my stuff back and I will not take NO for an answer. And I will be very happy to post it on every realm on this game what a crappy job you did. Furthermore, I will write your President and any tech magazine I can find who will do a story on the crappy support and unpreparedness of this game to deal with fraud.

I've spent two years on this game and close to 500 bux to play it one account and if you think I'm taking your excuses lying down your crazy.

Firstly, Raypower, please refrain from posting in all capital letters - as well as creating multiple threads on the same topic. We're happy to help as much as we are able to, and to answer questions, however the Forum Code of Conduct is in place to ensure that these forums remain easy to navigate.

You will need to contact the investigator that addressed your restoration, or contact [email protected] if you are not satisfied with your restoration - unfortunately we're unable to address account restorations through the forums.

I am sorry to say that these issues are extremely time sensitive and in this particular case it seems that we were not contacted concerning the status of the account until nearly three months had passed since the investigation had been concluded. The unfortunate delay in your notification of concerns relating to the outcome of the investigation has regrettably resulted in our inability to reinvestigate the account for additional damages.

While we strive to evaluate all damages independently, sometimes we require further input from the player regarding the details of where damages might have occurred. Please accept my sincere apology for this most inconvenient situation - I strongly advise sending any feedback or concerns you may have with regards to this issue to [email protected].

All right, this thread is beginning to regress into nothing more than unconstructive comments. I'm locking it before it escalates further. :)
