Bugs: Porcupette pet item & Zonya the Sadist

Hi. I got this blue pet as a drop from one of my Pet Battle bags, but when I try to click/use it, it says "The spell is not available to you". If it has requirements, the tooltip shows none.

Another bug I found was that the quest NPC "Zonya the Sadist" does not properly reward quest credit when you beat her. I have beat her a few times and none of them counted.
