I have recruited mt friend and he has already used his free month and paid for another 2 months and my rewards say that he has earned the game time, but does anyone know how long it takes to get my mount?

If 2 months has actually been applied to his account, you should be able to claim it through Account Management.

Note: The first 30 free days don't count towards this, and it actually has to be billed/credited to the account before it triggers the reward - so subscriptions can take quite a long time to work.

It is entirely possible that your friend purchased two 30 day game cards, Membrane, but it looks like only one has been added to the account.

If they did get a second, make sure they added to the account. Once they do that, you'll be able to redeem the mount.
