Weapon Mastery - Blue Tracker

so im an arms specced warrior and i currently have 2 point in the "weapon mastery" talent. which is supposed to give a 100% resist to disarm effects. so why am i still getting disarmed?

Because the ability is bugged and will be fixed in a future patch.
