Guild Tab

I am using the Armory to look at the bank contents of my guild, but all that is there is a red question mark. I paid 100 gold for a tab, we have been using it now for about 4 days, and still nothing is showing. What gives?

By calling you will reach one of two departments, either Billing or our Technical Support Department, neither of which will be able to assist with the Armory.
